At our boulder gym our very own Yoga instructor Caprice is giving Climbers Yoga classes. The classes will focus on flexibility and core strength to improve your climbing, while staying zen at the same time!
The classes are on Thursdays 19.30 – 20.45h and Sundays 15.00 – 16.15h. The classes cost €8,- (free for GRIP members with the €69,- subscription). Check the Yoga page for more info!
