Climbing centre

Would you like to train regularly together with other motivated climbers? Check out the training programs!

Have you just started climbing and would you like to make real progress? Or have you been climbing quite a while, but are you stuck on the same level? Or would you like to meet awesome people just to enjoy a good climb with? Then the structural leasure climb training group is perfect for you! Together with the trainer you set specific goals and every week you work towards them. The training sessions are a combination of group and individual exercises. There are two training groups, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In a weekly class of 1,5 hours you improve your technique, insight, strength, endurance and flexibility.

Costs: € 35 a month

Timings: Tuesdays from 20.00 to 21.30 and Wednesdays from 20.00 to 21.30
Duration: continuous, 1 session per week, 1,5 hours per lesson

Are you already an advanced climber, can you climb at least 6c in the gym and would you like to further improve your climbing skills? Then Top Grip is the training group for you!

In a weekly session of 1,5 hours you get a training program specific for you. To improve your strength, technique, insight and endurance. Depending on your own personal goals that you set together with the trainer. You also get ‘homework’: exercises for the rest of the week. The training programs are weekly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

Costs: € 35 a month

Boulder gym

Would you like to train in a group of motivated climbers? In September we’ll start training programs for adults at the GRIP Boulder gym. With all kinds of exercises we’ll improve your technique and insight. We’ll train for improving core stability and maximum power. You’ll see that the next level circuit will be in range in no time!

Do you enjoy your bouldering sessions, but would you like extra tips and training input? Would you like to meet up with other climbers of your level every week? Then the recreational training program is for you! During the classes you’ll focus on techniques and physical fitness, such as maximum strength training, core stability, balance and flexibility.

This training takes place weekly every Monday 19.00 – 20.30 or Thursday 19.00 – 20.30. The training group will start as soon as there a minimum 5 participants. After you subscription we’ll keep you informed on the starting date.

Goal: to learn or improve techniques, apply tips and tricks and train in a structural way.
Requirements: minimum age 18 years old
When: Mondays and Thursday 19.00 – 20.30.
Costs: 35 euro a month (excluding entrance fee, training once a week)

Are you 18 years or older? Is your bouldering level at least 6B (or climbing level 6c)? Would you like to further develop your bouldering skills? This training group comes together every week. You will set individual goals with your trainer. During group sessions, but also individual exercises, you’ll work towards your goals. Whether this is climbing that hard problem outdoors or participating in a competition. Interested? Subscribe using the subscription form!

Trainings take place every Monday 21.00 – 22.30 and every Thursday 21.00 – 22.30. As soon as the minimum of 5 participants is reached, we’ll start the training groups. We’ll keep you informed on the start date.
